After working with dozens of families, I have gathered a wide arrange of tools to support all types of birth experiences, including: home births, hospital births, inductions and vaginal delivery. Specializing in holistic maternity care, I can offer a variety of wellness methods to incorporate into your prenatal plan and birth vision, including: essential oils, mindfulness & meditation, and medicinal nutrition. This knowledge is completely at your disposal to design a birth experience that speaks to you.

One hands-on session - exploring the physiology of labour, techniques & tools to keep you comfy, and physical exercises to do in pregnancy to help prepare your body. Full access to simply loving mama library filled with evidence based practices and research on all things pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care.

from the time you need backup, i will join you wherever you’re at to support you through your birth experience to 1-2 hours after delivery, only leaving when you’re comfortable.

24-hours a day, beginning at 37 weeks of gestation. Prior to that I will check on you throughout your pregnancy once we have decided to work together

if you choose, i will help with the immediate skin-to-skin process, explain latching and feeding cues. I will not leave your side until you are fully comfortable.

We will reflect on your birth story, provide holistic healing to support recovery, and share resources.
