The first 6 weeks following the birth of your baby is an amazing but intense time. It's also an opportunity for you to lay the groundwork for your future health; giving you energy to nurture your baby during their fourth trimester and beyond.
Wearing the hats of postpartum Doula, best friend, concierge, confidante and coach, I use my experience and expertise to help curate an amazing experience for mothers. My intention is to help mothers feel empowered in the seasons that come with motherhood.
I aim to ensure that my visits will honor the rhythms of your home and never to disrupt you and your baby.

This service is more for the client who is unsure of how much or how little services they need.
Perhaps this is your second baby, and you need help with the transition. Perhaps this is your first but you have a ton of helping hands but not necessarily all the up to date resources and would love some professional care.
