My job is to make sure your family has all the up-to-date information you need to make the choice that’s best for you. Doulas know just the right pressure points, what position to ease your contraction, and how to get your partner involved in the process. Having someone to be alongside you who has done it before can make you feel confident despite the twists and turns.
postpartum + infant care

I work with each family individually to discover your particular needs as every family’s situation is unique. Postpartum Doula support can be contracted for a minimum of 3 hours in one week to a maximum of three months. Infant care and support is available for the first year of babies life.
